During your stay at The Seal Cove Inn, guests are provided with a truly unique culinary experience.  Using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, our Executive Chef prepares the very best for our 3-course breakfast and the “small bites” served at our evening Wine Reception.  These extra culinary touches at Seal Cove Inn won’t go un-noticed, as our Chef hand selects and delivers a truly memorable, and delicious, presentation of food and wine.


Seasonal delight

Included in your stay at the Seal Cove Inn is an ever-changing menu of gourmet creations prepared by our Chef and inspired by local, fresh and available ingredients gathered during his regular market excursions. Served at your leisure between 8:30 and 10am each morning is a three course breakfast including a fruit course, entrée and pastry. Poached pears, fruit and yogurt parfait, or a brûléed grapefruit could start your meal, followed by Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Fresh Herbs or a Spanish Frittata with Jamón Serrano and Garden Vegetables.

Pastries include house made scones, muffins or a seasonally inspired quick bread.

The possibilities are literally endless with the bounty provided by our neighboring farms, fishermen, ranches and dairies.
If you have an early departure, please let us know. We can arrange for a “breakfast on the go” for you!

Evening Reception

Join our innkeepers daily at 5pm for a creative assortment of hors d’oeuvres and small bites – the perfect start to your evening.  It’s an opportunity to meet fellow guests, discuss evening dining options or just relax and unwind in front of the fire after a long day of travel or exploring.
